unWINEd is a members-only private wine bar located at The Village at Heritage in Chaffee Crossing.

Owned by Wayne and Laura Fawcett, unWINEd is tucked away in Chaffee Crossing, offering an intimate ambiance perfect for gathering with friends or enjoying an evening out. Membership is free and required to access and enjoy unWINEd. Once a member, always a member.

The bar offers over 30 different wines by the glass and 55 wines by the bottle, alongside four local beers and a selection of favorites. unWINEd also offers a variety of appetizer and dessert boards crafted by Chef Jasmyne Rivera.

All wine and beer offerings at unWINed can be purchased at 4 Corks Wine and Spirits in Fort Smith.

Meet Wayne and Laura Fawcett

Wayne, a retired school superintendent with nearly 40 years in the Arkansas education system, has traded his classroom for a passion for wine. Now he’s proudly serving the Fort Chaffee area and sharing his love for all things vino.

Laura is a dedicated nurse and educator with almost 40 years of experience. Currently working with Fort Smith School District & Arkansas Tech University, she also shares a passion for wine and has a flair for decorating! With the help of a local decorator, she’s made many of the design choices at UnWINEd that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
